1. What My Hobby Day is

My Hobby Day is a social network about hobbies, run by LUMIE - INSTITUTO DE SAUDE E BEM ESTAR LTDA, CNPJ 59.988.470/0001-58, Botucatu/SP, Brazil. In English there is currently the hobby quiz; the social features (profile, posts, comments and messages) are not open in English yet.

2. Who can have an account

Accounts in English are only for people aged 18 or over. The database rejects an account whose declared date of birth is under 18.
The date of birth you give must be true. If there are signs it is not, the account may be suspended.
This rule is temporary, while child-protection laws in each country are reviewed.

3. Community rules

Respect other people: no harassment, hate, threats or sexual content.
Do not share contact details or try to move conversations to other apps; an automatic filter blocks these texts in conversations involving minors.
You can report any profile, post, comment or message. Moderators review reports.

4. What you post

What you post remains yours. You give us permission to show it on the site, with the visibility you choose. You can delete it at any time.

5. Price

Using My Hobby Day is free. If anything paid is ever offered, you will be told first and nothing will be charged unless you choose it.

Consumer rights in each English-speaking country.
Minimum age per country and how to verify it.
